DIGITAL NAVIGATOR VOLUNTEER TEAM

Digital Navigators provide 1:1 support with devices, online resources and everyday tech questions - in person, by phone or virtually.
Screen-Side Manner. You don't need to be a tech expert. You only need to be comfortable using technology yourself, have patience, empathy and a desire to help!
Flexible. Volunteers set their own schedules. One-time and ongoing opportunities available.
Free Training. Completing a 4 hour online Digital Navigator training is required.
Background Review. As part of our community safety process, each applicant will connect with a member of our team for a brief conversation and complete a background check before working with community members.
