Digital Navigators provide 1:1 support with devices, online resources and everyday tech questions - in person, by phone or virtually.

 

​Screen-Side Manner. You don't need to be a tech expert. You only need to be comfortable using technology yourself, have patience, empathy and a desire to help!

Flexible. Volunteers set their own schedules. One-time and ongoing opportunities available.

Free Training. Completing a 4 hour online Digital Navigator training is required. ​

Background Review. As part of our community safety process, each applicant will connect with a member of our team for a brief conversation and complete a background check before working with community members.

We respect your privacy. By providing your phone number, you agree to be contacted by the Hopkins Digital Access Initiative by phone or text. We will only use your number to respond to your inquiry and it will never be shared with third parties unless we are required to do so.
